All Indilio products are digital downloads — no physical items will be shipped.

Delivery Process

• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link immediately.

• If you do not receive your link within 10 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

• If you still can’t access your files, contact us at hello@indilio.com within 48 hours of purchase.

File Access

You can download your product as many times as needed for personal use.
All downloads are in standard formats (PDF, ZIP, etc.) that can be accessed on most devices.

Issues with Download

If your download fails or you experience technical issues, contact us for assistance — we’ll ensure you get your files promptly.
