We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, since all Indilio products are digital files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after your order is completed.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital journals, planners, or workbooks once downloaded.

• Any personalized or customized digital files.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the rare case of:

• Duplicate orders (accidental repeat purchase).

• Technical issues preventing access to the product, and our team is unable to resolve it.
